Okay everyone we gotten the agreement in to the Forest Service and Corral Canyon is ours we as of right now have the upper and lower camp grounds. They have done some improvements to the camp grounds and are looking for some clean up time from us. Lets set up Dec 6 as our first clean up day Lets not forget to print out sign and send the individual agreements to Richard Tull. You will also need an Adventure Pass to park legally.

The important question is:

Who's bringing the BBQ?

No one told me that was the way to do it.

Huh, that explains a lot, I may have to try that

Lets shoot for 8:30. Meet up before then if possible and  make sure all the forms are in order, then do the meet and greet thing. If we can be working by 8:45 or even 9:00 we will be fine. This should be a fairly easy and quick clean up of both camp sites, and Four Corners parking area.

I've written this into my calendar... 8:30 it is - at Four Corners?

Regarding Corral Canyon, saw this article in today's NC TImes

http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2008/11/20/news/sandiego/zad51db408265f18188257506000312a3.txt

excerpted from the article
Quote
It also calls for constructing 5.2 miles of new trails at the Corral Canyon Off Highway Vehicle Park

Sounds like good news ...

I think the additions to Corral Cyn. will happen. The 2 miles outside of the park I bet gets squished. I wish they would just re-open a few miles that they stole from us in Coyote cyn.
