Run leader Mike Baker with buddies, Spencer and Josh. Black TJ
We had a great turn out with eleven rigs.
Dusty + Michelle , dog TJ. Brown Rubi
Valentine & Gennadii, Blue LJ
Scott & Pete, White TJ
Jason, White Sidekick
John, Green Ford Bronco
Rick & His Dad, White TJ
Billy, Green Toyota
Vern & his Daughter, Red TJ
Jeff, Black XJ
Dennis & Lynn, White TJ

It was alittle on the cool side with a lite breeze as we waited at the meet up.
Everyone arrived on-time, but started eight minutes late which allowed another group of eight start in front of us.  oops
We all made it thru the Squeeze without any damage. (still haven't seen a JK going thru it)
Off to Heart Attack Hill, Everyone took their time dropping in and without any troubles. Billy couldn't resist the temptation to conquer Heart Attack in both directions and did so with ease in his well built toyota. punk
From there we continued and can across a family in a stock lexus suv heading in the opposite direction. I ask if they were planning an attempt the hillclimb? (Wife didn't seem very happy with Husbands choice of trail) They declined and followed us out to our lunch stop at the intersection of Pynion Creek and Fish Creek.

After lunch we continued out fish creek towards Del Diablos Drop, with a quick stop at a Rocksticle that I've looked at before, Given the choice as to what side I would like the damage to be on.  no I declined. Billy took the challenge and with some slight damage made it thru.  punk

At the intersection of fish creek and del diablo we parted ways with Dennis and Lynn as they were staying in Borrego Spring and went out thru Split Mtn.

Heading south to the drop off we hit oncoming traffic, Eleven vehicles made for some creative sidelines as we passed one another.
We played on the drop off for abit and continued on our way, made a wrong turn and ended up Arroyo Tapiado with a stop at the (Keyhole) Mud Cave. Some ventured in to see what mother nature made.
Time just slipped away and we deside to strat heading back in a homeward direction.
We wheeled out to Vallecito Creek where we said goodbye to Vern. Who continued south out Canyon Sin Nombre in his direction towards home. The rest of us heading up Vallecito Creek to Canebrake where we said goodbye to Gennaddii (The Crazy Russian) and his son.

Then what turned into the next adventure of two plus hours in the dark. The remaining five rigs (Dusty, Jeff, Jason, Scott and I) headed up thru a secret canyon to hit up a rock garden (very tight)
 Aired up said our goodbyes.

Nobody broke anything, few scrapes, new dent in my oil pan and a dented door on the yota.

Hope everyone had a great time. It was a pleasure to meet all the new faces and old friends from past runs. I'll see ya' on next one.
 Thanks

This picture is just plain awesome! I am guessing this is off the 2-2.5 trail?

I think I could with the same passenger door damage that Billy did. I do think you would have the harder time with the short wheel base
