A super tight fit for the block huger headers but I was persistent and won the battle!  clap now I need to build the exhaust system. I also finished up the frame splice tonight and added another puck in the body mounts to make everything line up correctly. taz taz taz

Ill post up something here in the next few weeks, I dont want to get ahead of myself like I have in the past.  punk

Yeah, Its a lot better. I played with the door latches and that didn't make much difference so I pulled out the rubber door seals that seemed to be pushing the doors out a little. That's going to fix it I think. The gaps are as good as they are going to get but the bottom corner still is out a bit. The hood fits now and its all bolted down as is the front clip. Master cylinder is all snugged down. The shifter is hooked to the trans but I still need to make a cable grab mount underneath fabb'ed up. Think I will finish that up tomorrow night along with the fuel filler and?

Im here only because I have the big push on to get this pig on the road.

I started building the exhaust tonight. Im doing it with U bends. This tube is too thin wall to bend with my bender it just smashes it. LOL

Kinda of bummed, I cant use my trick mufflers... Ive got to make some smaller trick ones!  clown Think I will make some spark proof  snake pipe mufflers that make a little noise.

Lets see...  Electrical wires ran and hooked back up, Mufflers built and weld up exhaust, Finish Fuel filler and vent tube and connect the lines and filters. Gauges mounted and hooked up, A few more body mounts, Pan gasket installed on the tranny, Fluids for everything and bleed the breaks, hook up the e brake Again. dooh Before driving I need to put bumper back on it, Remount the seats and safety belts. Gather up the fire extinguishers and a loooooong prayer and we will see what happens.  EnoughAlready

Aw come on Ted... Its put together pretty good. Its not going to fall a part and cause an accident or anything. Uhhh, On second thought I will let ya know when I take it out the first couple of times. LMAO

I think Im going to build some mufflers that look like air cleaners. No more like a 12 " Cinnamon roll. 2" tall and about 12" in diameter.  That should make for for about 30" of muffler if it were stretched out. Hmmm

Hey I wanted to thank JustChad and Moorehouse77 for spending their Friday night last night wrenching on my stuff when I know they had better things to do. Thanks guys, it truly is appreciated.

I built one of my cinnamon roll Banjo exhaust mufflers last night. Im not sure if it will do anything to quiet it down but Ive gotta try. I might have to add a small sound suppression baffle before or after it? Who knows. taz We also got the fuel filler all fabb'ed up and installed. Dave and Chad hooked me up with a rear brake line extension.  clap and they also ran the wire bundle to the ass end of the rig. Dave did some research on the web for me and things are moving forward...  clap Seems there was something else accomplished but cant remember what it was... Dave do you remember? dooh
