Looks good!  Is that a ceramic coating, or some high temp paint?  Post up the pictures of the guts on those mufflers!  taz  I'm into sound control theories.  Here are some pictures i took at sema of different designs.

Besides mounting the air horn today I started tackling the bad floor. When it came time to get the body mounts loosened up I found this...

So like all rotted floors it had to come out. About 10 minutes with the plasma cutter it looked like this.

After some cleanup I used some stop rust to keep it from rusting any further.

Back to it...

Oh man you have no idea how beat I am. And I cant get it covered fast enough. LOL Now I have to wait for the 3m seam sealer to dry... takes for ever.

I also trimmed up a rubber wheel well flap tonight and installed the driver side. Hope it keeps the engine a little cleaner while mudd'n.  Thanks to Dave for the rubber.

I also threw some temporary gauges in it being none of the other ones worked anyway these should at least get me on the road.

There are a lot of things still hanging but Im picking them off one at a time.  ThumbUp And your right Chief... Cant quite call it a Desert Rhino now that its half K5 and not a pure bred, so the next best thing is the Desert Hippo. Do you like my Hippo Grill? LMAO

Oh yeah, I got the bumper back on also. little lower than before but it should work just fine.
