I am in the same boat w/ BigBoy. As soon as I would take mine off and oull out of the neighborhood, I would see the lights behind me. My brother was stopped because he has the tinted holder for the plate, OPD stopped him and gave him a fix it ticket, so he had to remove it.    >:(

honestly, none of my cars in teh past 8 yrs have had front plates...and ive owned A LOT of cars in that amount of time.  no ones ever said a word either... weird

Crazy part is my door windows are tinted enough that you can tell didn't say a thing, go figure.

Yea, I originally got pulled over for the plate cover. and he saw I didn't have a front plate. so I got a fix-it ticket for both! So I took the cover off, found the license plate after looking for it for a whole day....then zip tied it on  :D and took it down to get it written off. he said it had to be Bolted on. So I went to a different courthouse and the lady walked out like 20 feet and said "is that your Jeep right out there?" I'm like yea... so she was like "ok, I can see the license plate"  Woooo hoo!

AHAHAHAHA :D
