So, I ordered my front & rear stubby bumpers nearly 7 months ago, and F-I-N-A-L-L-Y, my front stubby bumper arrived clap  (at least it is something . . . still waiting on the rear + tire carrier  dooh ).

For little more than 15 months, I ran around with the stock bumper hanging out at the front of the JK.   ThumbUp

Once I knew the front stubby bumper was going to arrive, I took the stock unit off.

For about half a day, I drove around like this.

Finally got the old bumper off for good.  :yup:

Bumper package:

Fairlead -- Shrockworks

Skid Plate

Front Stubby  ?Anthracite Metallic?

Winch Plate:

Little Helper:

Winch Plate installed:

Little Helper holding the winch plate up

Bumper on:

Stock wiring for fog lights

PIAA wiring harness in battery compartment

Wiring

New Fog Lights: PIAA 510 Plasma Ion Yellow
(the PIAA fog lights work with the original stock fog light switch)

Test fitting winch

Fairlead installed

Winch mounting holes drilled because the Superwinch EPi9.0?s external brake makes it too wide for the mounting holes provided.

Winch mounted ? pre-wiring

Synthetic line installed

Now, just waiting on the arrival of the rear stubby bumper with tire carrier

Thanks, y'all.   Been waiting a long time to get that winch bolted on.  Feel a bit better now going out on trails.
