It;s quickly becoming a pretty popular place, many compare it to Johnson Valley (a pretty accurate assessment)

Head into Palmdale turn onto 165th st and follow it to the trail

what would you say is the recommended rig set up for shredder canyon?
this was posted on another board

Vehicle requirements:
33's or bigger (unless you're a REALLY good driver)
Rear Locker & LSD front (two lockers preferred)
Rock Rails (or a lack of concern for your rockers)
Tow points Fr/Rr (of course)
Spare Parts, Extraction tools, Hi-Lift, Working CB

i have been out there a few times, but alot of the better trails have been closed. there are a few camp grounds in the area also. but i will say even the hardest stuff out the does not compare to the hammers.
