Mountain Spring (no s) is the one your talking about MT.  Mountain Springs is at the Desert View Tower. Just ask the old guy at the tower and he will show you the trail to walk up, it's only about 100 yards. I think it cost a dollar to see the caves, dinosaurs (rock carvings) and springs
