I know this is really not a 4wheeling question but does anyone know of a place to do some target shooting in So. Cal. It seems like all the places I used to go are now shut down.

What are you shooting? Are we talking 300+ yards. There are 2 places in Riverside area. Lydle creek and West End gun club. There are a few in the LA county Area, but those get some shaddy people.

We usually shoot shotguns or just plink with a 22. rifle. I thought
lytle creek was closed?? Do you know if it's an open range or is it regulated by a range master?? I know what you mean about shaddy people, we used to go up to Manzanita flats near Running springs and every now and then we actually see idiots up there practicing "drive by's". Unbelievable!!!

lydle creek is still open and yes it has a range master. $12 will get you a covered table and bench. they have 5 or 6 ranges out to 300yds
