Need some Photoshop help... Please?

My photoshop is dead at the moment and I need a real simple thing done for me... I need to put the word SCRAM on the asphalt, I need the center of the yellow lines turned into asphalt replacing the black/blue line. and the "So Cal Rod & Muscle on the top yellow line in black and the WWW.SoCalRodandMuscle.com on the bottom line in black. Maybe darken it up a  bit and cut it down to business card size.I hate to ask but Im in a bind for time. Ive got to get cards made by saturday night. Thanks in advance...

Of course you can use it. I don't want my art stuck here in a forum.
I think it would look great on t-shirts, hats, stickers, heck you could even embroider it onto your work shirts.
