Well with my dads jeep engine being blown(spun rod bearing).  He is doing some work to the jeep.  He is going to build a 383 stroker with a 6" rod and is going back to a carb(Holley 770 Truck avenger)  He has already got the engine out and things torn down.  His heads are gm aluminum center bolt heads the have been professionally ported and polished by chuck neil(cnc). My dad had a friend CC the champers and they are 56cc so with the 16cc dished pistons hes getting it will be around 10.4 to 1 compression.  Also gonna be throwing in a solid roller cam.  Next stage after this will be rear axle/front because of power.

I think he just wants to beat me... taz

Part of the reason why.  One rod bearing was actually spun

1 3/4 primaries and 3" collectors  (its gonna be loud)

Block is at the machine shop and he just ordered his rotating assembly.  So as soon as it comes in I'll have updates

I the future he plans to stretch the rear with a tru hi 9 coilovers/links and a wider 44 in the front and stretch it a little more.  Hes gonna run it the way it is now.  He used to have a 150 shot of nitrous with a muncie 4 speed and 4.56 gears and said it was fun to pull wheelies and misses it punk
