So im planning on using a t350 or 400 on the rig in the near future. The transmission has a np203 hanging off of it right now and came out of a k5 Blazer. Could I take the Dana 20 transfer case and swap it out for he 203 without an adaptor? Is it a direct fit up? If it is posible which is a stronger transfer case the dana gear drive unit or the chain drive 203?

Yep, sure. I had a Blazer years ago that I had a problem with the chain streching. Come to find out I was using tranny fluid on it and it needs 20/50 motor oil to lube correctly.
