so this is the way i bought it. Its a 2003 Rubicon with a 4 inch pro comp lift, 33x12.50 BFGoodrich A/T, Cobra CB radio and PA system, K&N cold air intake, custom exhaust, warn front and rear rock crawler bumpers with tire carrier

I want to change the lift to a Rubicon express 4.5 Long arm and go up to 35's with Xenon flat fenders. Also want to add a Hi-Lift jack mount on the tire carrier (as of now, i have the lift but no place to keep it), also have two jerry can holders on both sides of the tire. Master craft seats front and back (doing tan and black seats to match with the exterior) KC lights on widshield hinge and bumper, and pretty much anything else i can think of to put onto my rubi. Big money pit haha

Lots more to come, this is only the start  punk

also, does anybody know what can cause the sway bar to shift in the front? like mine shifts to the drivers side and the links are scraping up against the frame on the passenger side. i tried to hammer it back into place, but it moves right back to where it was before i hammered it.

do you have the correct length track bar? if the track bar is too short then it will pull your axle over to one side resulting in the swaybar moving as well (happened on my grand cherokee)...hopefully u have an adjustable one that came with the lift if not one should come in the rubicon express lift

Sounds like the bushing is shot... also can be the cause of the death wobble

What's on the other side? Maybe we should look first. (Na' it will give us something talk about later)

Might want to replace the bolts (grade 8). Mine were worn and fit loose in the sleeve, up graded to 1/2" as well. Also use a drop of locktite, don't want those bolt walking out on ya'...

ok i'll check those. But what i'm wondering about is why is the sway bar moving to one side? when i drive, it moves to the drivers side every time

Maybe the way its sitting. Have someone turn your steering wheel back and forth. It shouldn't move much at all.

a bent front sway bar will be the culprit of this ask me how i know? if it was still conneceted and someone wheeled it hard it can bend the arm and it will shift under acceleration.

so here is a picture of the broken bolt on my sway bar. still trying to get it out. that zip tie is not there anymore, it was replaced with a metal clamp

also i tested out my flex in Havasu and realized i can get a lot more. seems like my shocks don't extend enough

ok so i've been having the hardest time with my broken bolt. since the easy OEM bolt extractor broke inside the bolt, i couldn't get it out. since i was going to Richer Racing to see my friends truck today, i just thought i'd ask the guys at the shop if they could extract it. They looked at it, i told them what happened, and they can't even get it out. what the heck do i do???  Cuss

If it's still in get a nut the size of the threads or one size bigger then weld the inside of the nut to the top of the broken bolt and then turn the nut and it should come out.

yup still there. these last few weeks i've been to busy to do anything with the jeep, so the clamp has been working for now. but hoping sometime in the next couple of days to get it out. i finally got the right tool to get it out with, and i'm not gonna weld the bolt to it cause i dont have a welder. but the bit i got should drill right through it. so i'll try it as soon as i can and then i'll update this when if i get it out

alright, so i finally did something to improve the jeep haha. I just painted my chrome headlight bezels black cause i didn't want to have to spend 20 on new ones.

the build of my rubi is gonna be very slow for awhile. right now i have no money to build it, but if you want to donate to the "build the rubic fund" that would be greatly appreciated! haha
