heading up on saturday. gotta get something done. dont quite know what i want to start on but i guess i can figure that out when i get out there. i might go to home depot and maybe get some other color flag tape to mark out the trail. something other than red or pink. i got confused. maybe put up some signs saying that the trail is closed. and ill probally start ripping out some more of those pesky little stumps that just happend to leave everybodys tires alone except davids. and then after i would like to run sidewinder. ive never done any wheeling in corral canyon and would really like to familarize my self with all thats out there.

i dont want to do any of this alone and i dont plan on it. im not stupid enough to go up there by my self and get hurt or roll my truck AGAIN. so please if you aint got nothign going on this weekend join me.

do you know where they kept all the tools that richard said we could use. i would just like to get a hold of a couple metal rakes. i think it might help clear out alot of those tire poppers. they seemed to come out of the ground pretty easy. well the dead ones did.

Ya, but I'm sure there locked up. I'll bring a rake, shovel, chain, winch, axe...
What time do you want to start? Maybe about 9:00 ?

OK, so I went to town today and I bought a Pulaski $30, gloves $2x5, rake $15. This volunteer work gets expensive!
Sooo... we should meet at 4-corners because there are 5 different ways to get to the new trails and since we're in no hurry we could do some exploring on the way.
See ya tomarrow about 9:00, Ken

so me ken and mark made a little progress today. we met richard at four corners at about 930. he gave us the signs he had made up and we stuck them at the entrances to the trail. we worked on the trail for about five hours. after that we ran bronco peak. i have never been through that trail before and it was freakin narly. we didnt do the connector but next time i go through there im definately going through. well any ways here is some pictures of the progress we made today.

Big difference on that entrance already.... It actually looks like an entrance to a trail! Awesome guys for taking the initiative and time to get back out there so soon. If we get the rain that is supposed to be coming I bet those root stubs will pull up allot easier... Thanks again for the work ThumbUp

I was gonna say......  The new trail looks so much better after a week.  I assume that a few others have been out there as well, but it is looking a lot better.  Good job Snot Rocket for getting out there and continueing all the great work.  I definately want to get out there again and do some more work.  I just need to find out how crazy my work is going to be over the next few weeks.  I have to keep the family happy afeter all (at least till the lift is on punk).
