A guy I work with uses a shop in Escondio. I'll find out the name on Monday

Oceanside transmission. Talk to Dennis. I've have work done there and they're great. Not a typical oceanside shop looking to screw a Marine over. They also recommended some other good shops in the area. Tell them Matt with the green 4door jeep sent you.

Just leave work early man. See what dennis can do for you. He stayed open late for me when i got stuck in traffic to take my rig to work on it. They're good people.

I got quoted by a shop in El Cajon for 450-650 tops.

I used Sparky's transmission on Adams Ave in San Diego. Good guy, good price and nice work. I have sent numerous people there and all have been happy.
