does anybody know where i can either buy one of these or get one made for my 4runner?

there is a company called can back http://www.can-back.com/ that make one for $1400!!! eek thats alot.

is there any place that makes one cheaper.

there is a guy in escondido that i spoke to that does custom canvas tops . i think his shop is on hale ave off of auto park way.

There was a place in Grants Pass OR. that made them.  I had one on an '83 truck that was nice.  will try to remember the name and call my friend that lives there to see if it is still there.  They are a great top. 

I have a 85 4 Runner project that needs to be started soon and was thinking on adding one to it.  My son is only 14 now but will be driving way too soon to get it finished at the speed I work at....

A local guy, BENS canvas or marine (cant remember) He makes boat tops, Had one on my Daytona that held together at over 80mph. He was on Mission Goerge at sundown marine ( 10 years ago) . He may be able to help.
