What a great day. Met up with Chief Gunner, Moorehouse77, and Wiebewagon in Alpine. From there we headed to the Barrett Honor Camp to air down. From there we hit the trail.  Everyone had a good time and Chiefs SOA seem to work really well.

Also got some video that will be up soon.

IO got the biggest shit eating grin right now.  Those are some awesome pics.  I never realised how well I was flexing.  I know y'all kept telling me I was flexing a lot, but driving, you can't really see it.  That trip and those pics make all the work worth it.  No real troubles except a few bad lines, but overall, thi was a great trip.  Perfect weather, some great ole war wagons, and good people.  What more can you ask for.  I wish my pics came out better, but 2wdrckcrwlr's wife got some great shots.  Thanks for the tripo guys.  Now if we can just get one more FSJ (hint, hint) we would really be awesome!!!!! punk punk punk

Yeah I'm not sure we got any pics or video of the narly stuff.  That trail was tough for me!!!  The rain really chewed up the trail and made some deep ruts and holes to drive through.  Some of it was just my lack of experience in picking lines.  Those bad decisions almost flop my jeep quite a few times.  Thanks for the good spotting guys.  All in all it was a great trip and a good shake down for mine and Chiefs rigs.  Be checkin out the front end this week to see what's makin noise and hopefully make it back up for the meet n greet.

I am officially sold on the SOA lift after seeing Cheifs rig in action but My little 4" spring lift did alright to...

One of my problems is the tires are too big and the rear wedges up against the inner fenders stopping upward travel.  I think this was some of the cause for puckering and downhill tipping.
