Hope this is the right place for this....if not, delete or move as you see fit...thanks..

Friend of mine gave me a little two-seat mini-buggy.  Kinda like the ones you see at Pep-Boys.  Not a Joyner.  Only marking I can find on it says "Mud Hog", but no mfg.  Googling Mud Hog takes me to Ken-Bar Mfg out of Missouri (I think it was).  And they are just the importer and of very little help in the parts department.  The things been sitting for a couple of years and doesn't run, but it's one of those "it was running, then it quit and I haven't messed with it, so I don't know what's wrong with it" things....thus far, it looks like some of the wiring is a little toasty, along with some relays and rectifiers.  Plus, the starter drags a little, but I might be able to take that apart and just clean the brushes and armature.  Anyway, I was wondering if anybody had any local (SoCal) sources for parts for these things....It's all Chinese made and I'm sure there are a few different mfg's out there that use the same parts.  It's just a play toy for my kid and I'm not looking to spend a bunch of money on it.  Any help is appreciated.  Also, if anybody has bought one of these types of deals from Pep-Boys or wherever, were you able to register and green-sticker it?
