Will a 1988 Th-400 work with an EFI Chevy 350 or do I need a 4L60 / 4L80 that is computer controlled?

th400  will work   with no computer or anything  wich is nice and will bolt right up      and with a shift kit  they seem to last alot longer and are nearly indestructable  the only thing  with the 4l80/4l60   they have that extra gear wich is nice

Some of the EFI motors will throw a code if the tranny is disconected which is no good if you need to smog your rig but I have heard of dummy plugs that plug into the end of the tranny harness and trick the computer so no more check engine light.  TH400 only requires one vacuum line to operate.
