I wanted to say thanks to all those new to Scuff who showed up at C.C. this weekend. It was great meeting you all! It was also good to met some of you face to face, those that I feel I already know only  because we have spoken so much here on the SCUFF. And as always its always good to see the long time well established friends again. I think this is what I enjoy most about the SCUFF next to the wheeling of course, Good people coming together for a fun time. Thanks again everyone!

Tags and I got up to C.C. early afternoon and set up our camp early. it wasnt long and everyone started pulling in and claiming there spots. Signs and banners were set up and the meet and greet was started. Moorehouse77  showed up with the bbq, beverages were opened and the M.& G was full swing.

Unfortunately I took s few shots of the event but my night vision camera was asleep I guess, Nothing but black in those pics. LMAO Oh well. A night run was organized and executed with out mishap. The M.& G. went on through the early morning hours. Good times!

I did take a few shots on Saturday on Bronco of the boys showing how to do it right...

What a great first jeep, trip, M&G, and run.  Thanks to everyone who showed us around and helped on the trails.  A few pics...

Stripped it down.

Hey,
It was great meeting and running with you.  I hope we didn't scare you off.  If you arn't into the rock crawling, there are other trails to explore and enjoy.  However, I think your jeep impressed you and it only gets better with time.  Lets wheel again soon.

My wife loved everything but the rocks.  I think she feared that there was going to be body damage and since we just bought it she wasn't down with even the chance of it happening.  I loved every aspect of this last week's trip and believe me you didn't scare me away, instead, I have more of a drive to get some mods done to make it that much easier next time.

not a bad price and definately a good buy if your wanting to avoid body damage, however, hook up with some of the people on here im sure someone could help you build them for probably cheaper.  i myself am not an expert, but either way something either like it or one of those would be good to have just to help avoid paint scraping.

The price is decent and not much more than it would cost to make them but I did not see what thickness they are. If it is pretty heavy the shipping would be a killer.

Got to get approval from the boss but it looks like the guy has 8 of them so I'm sure they'll be around til Friday...unless you guys swipe them, lol.

BTW, was that Gunslinger that we ran?  I know you guys went on and did Bronco Peak and Sidewinder, just wasn't sure the name of the one I completed with ya'll.

It was great meeting you all and we had a blast breaking in my YJ on her first wheeling trip.  Thanks again to everyone especially Green Cherokee and 2wdRckCrwlr for the help with my (cough)defective(cough) shock. Can't wait for Jimmy to get the pics posted!  ThumbUp

Here's some vids from the little drop on sidewinder.

Cool vids. Idont get much of a chance to see the Wag in action
Its funny, someone in the back ground of my vid clip made the comment "Those are some brave kids in the back", They'd be mad if I made them get out and watch. My youngest son will actually cry when we tell him that its time to head home and stop offroading.
