This is what I started with:
1986 K5 Blazer M1009 US Army Decommissioned
6.2L Diesel TH400 NP208
Factory 10Bolt axles F/R 3.08 gears
31X10.50R15 Yokohama A/T

First thing was to remove the front axle and springs:

Installed 4' lift springs and it's ready for the new Dana44 with 3.73 gears:

The front is now ready for some bigger skins.  I picked up some 37X12.50R16.5 Military OZ Hummer takeoff's:

Time to start on the rear.  Installed a Corporate 14bolt 3.73gears and a Detroit EZ locker.  For now using 4" blocks until I do a shackle flip:

All done with the tires on the rear:

Testing the flex behind the shop.  I have a little trimming to do in the front.  Other than that this thing is going to be awesome:

Thanks to Moorehouse for all of the assistance:

The outcome of the build:
1986 K5 Blazer M1009
6.2L Diesel TH400 NP208
Dana 44 Front/ 14bolt Rear Detroit EZ locker 3.73 Gears
37X12.50R16.5 Goodyear Wrangler Military OZ Hummer Tires
Total Lift = 7"

I take it that it'll be ready for Borrego.

You should repaint the tire pressure labels on the fender to read 8-15psi or whatever you'll run on the trail.

Luckily the banjo shop owner likes offroading so we get to pretend we have a fab shop.

Looking real good Chad.  Wish I was there to help out with the lift instead of being stuck in Seattle.  Looking forward to seeing the beast in action.  I am sure it is gonna handle the trails with ease.  And Dave, when ever you make up your mind as to the direction you want to go, you know I will be there wrenching on yours.  The owner of the Moorehouse fab shop has to take time for his rig at some point.

While the wife was off getting a pedicure I decided to lay down some roll on bedliner.  I used the Duplicolor stuff from Kragen.

Before:

After:

The plastic is keeping my access panel separate until everything is dry.  I really like how it turned out and it only 5 hours including dry time between coats.  I put down 3 coats and had to wait 1 hour between coats.

I did the same for my K5 Blazer. I removed everything except the door panels and it came out okay. My only problem was a few areas that I didn't prep right. You have to spend the extra time to sand the whole thing down and de-grease it too. I bought my stuff at Harbor Freight and only spent about $100 for the whole thing plus some spray can liner for hard to reach spots and corners. Now when I clean it out after a run, I park it on a slope and rinse it out. Don't forget to drill some holes in the low spots for proper drainage.

I have had a winch laying around for a couple of years.  It has been giving me the middle finger every time I look at it cause it isn't being used.  censored Well no more!!  I finally got off my butt and made a bumper.   punk
This is before:

I started with a 4"X6" .188wall square tube steel.  Layed out the pattern and cut it up.

Then started the fun of trying to get everything to line up and weld it. Cuss

Had to use the forklift to help get it lined up for the frame brackets.

After a whole day of grinding, I checked the fit and it was ready to paint.

The paint dried and now my winch doesn't give me the middle finger. clap

Total cost for the bumper was about $110.  Total cost if someone wants me to make them one $6000.  All in all I have about 48 hours into it.
