Hey guys. i need your help, I dont kow the exact name of this part ( picture below) pretty sure its the flange , all I know is that I have to replace, it wobbles and makes a very loud noise whenever I go in the freeway, i think its pressed in to the T-case. If anyone knows how to replace it, where can i get it from? would be appreciated.

That is called the output shaft and flange.  If it is wobbeling and making noise then I wouls say that the bearing is shot inside the T-case and that is what needs to be replaced.  Generally this involves spliting open the case in order to access the bearing.

Thats a hack-n-tap SYE, i may have not been installed right. Fork up the 140$  and get a real SYE, with a whole new output shaft.

It looks like a Hack "N" Tap......make sure the bolt in the center of it is tight! Best thing to do is loosen the bolt and remove the flange to verify the splines are not damaged. Provided the splines on the flange and the out put shaft are good, put it back together. Be sure you locktite the bolt.

When I grab the flange, i can move it, there is a little play on it. So i just need to force it out, right? I think I need to spray a lot of lube on it and eventually will slide out off the shaft?  Who carries a real SYE for $149?
Thanks
