86 toy extra cab sr 5 22re almost 200,000 miles passed smog friday, 4 in pro comp lift 33X10.5 tires with about 500 miles on them for $2800 worth it or not?

yes   if its pretty clean  inside and out     

my buddy is selling his for 3500  22re 189000 and clean interior and   straight outside  could use a paintjob    31s    runs great         i know that cause im driving it right now   

 id offer 2500  and see what he says
