While i wasn't technically part of this group run (not a member yet, and didn't know at the time), i was there at the same time.  Here are some of my pictures and a little video.

As evident by the rest of these pictures posted in the thread, this rock has "poser pic" written all over it! (yeah, quick discos are next on my mod list!)

That's what I call that rock: "POSER ROCK."  Every time I lead a group up Gold Mountain I make sure I point it out, and usually stop and snap photos of everyone "lifting a tire."  It's funny though, the first time I ran Gold Mountain was back in Nov. 2007, and I have not driven my own vehicle up that rock since.
