I have a louver die and it works well,  And a well ventilated Hippo is a happy hippo so, hummmm , no!   I have another idea.  TDay   It involves the plasma cutter, a sheet metal roller, and some perf. metal.

If it was so easy everyone will do it and then its not so cool. MT your going to make some BBQ vents with that perf metal and plasma cutter clap aren't you.
