Hello, I need to move my tires (axle) back about an inch to stop tires from rubbing on front of the wheel well. I have a 6.5 in RE long arm lift, I have been looking at it, and it does not look hard. I run 35" KM2's. The tires do not look centered in the wells right now.

Post some pic of your rear axle where the control arm attach to it and at the frame. My have a few ideas other then just backing the joint out (exposing more threads). Could be a weak point in doing so..

I'm guessing its the rear axle.  Won't you also need a 1" longer drive shaft?  You could see how much of the threaded rod there is and then decide how far back you can push it.  Watch out for gas tank clearance on full stuff.  Or you could hack off some metal like i did.  It should get the clearance and its an easy 1/2 day job.
