 I didnt want my sliders to stick out like most ( just one more thing to snag a rock ) so I decided to go this route and I think they will work out just fine..

I  agree... why stick them out unless its will keep things further away from the sides of the rig up higher on the body. looks great and functional to boot. Looks good Heep ThumbUp
