I own a 2004 Jeep Rubicon TJ.  Currently stock.  Looking at adding a lift kit and have a mechanic friend that bought one a couple years ago never used and wants to sell the whole package.

the package includes:
- Rubicon Express standard kit 3.5"
- Procomp CV Drive Shaft
- Advanced Adapters Wrangler Slip yoke Eliminator
- Skyjacker soft ride shocks
- Max Energy Power Programmer by Hypertech

Any suggestions? Is this all I need to lift my Jeep, do I need all of this stuff?  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

You don't need the slip yoke kit since your jeep is a Rubicon. the driveline should be a flange mount at the transfer case. If you need to change that out there should be a drivetrain shop in Missoula that could help you out

How about the Drive shaft?

May need to be modified but should not be a deal breaker

How mechanical do you need to be to install a RE lift?  How much do you think it would cost to have one put in by a mechanic?
