I was curios to get others thoughts on when is your rig to tall, i don't meen by what's legal on the road but at what point is to much suspension and lift to much. Any thoughts on how high it should sit. Ground to frame.

This would be an example of too tall.

I would say anything that is lifted more than the amount of lift needed to clear the tires would be too much.

depends on axle width wheel base and tire size

for an example mine is a 84 toyota  with 3+ wider than stock axles  frame to ground height is 24 in  wb is 117  on 37s    i want to be lower boiut an in or two   but doin that id have to link it to get the same up travle i have now

but its all about what u have and what u plan on doin with it      the key to a good rig  stay as low as possible  it will stay planted better

If your rig is considered a high profile vehicle on a windy day
