Woke up at my girlfriends house in pine valley this morning .
Corral Canyon only being 15 minutes away we jumped in the jeep and headed for A-3 .....

Since i was rolling without my usual back-up !!! we played it safe and showed the new gal' a little about 4 wheelin

When Breaking in a new Spotter      TDay
.

.
Make sure they understand there left is your Right .     no
.

.
After realizing her spotter skills needed some honing     001_9898   we set out for sidewinder   
.

.
.
The trail has alot of rock stacking and seems like alot more dirt-fill.  so thinking i might even have been able to make it up even with open diff's     ThumbDown
.

 
Should have taken some better shots of the trail up   taz
.

While leaving the campground i noticed the Jeep was leaning way off left' ...
.
 Here Springy, Springy, Springy     dooh
.

It didn't Spit out on the trail like usual (for those that have rolled with me ) this time it sprang forward    clap
.

Without my personal pit crew from last time ( Jeff n MT ) I decide to evaluate the situation     Cheers

Aways love a opportunity to use my Hi-Lift ... and if theres one thing i never get tired of its Jacking    clown

Had it fixed in half the time it took my personal pit crew last time     RantOff

DirtyDetour it was about two years ago that you and 96jeepspeed drug me off that trail. I still haven't fixed everything I broke that day.  dooh

No Doubt     if I remember right ? and you broke at least one of everything on that truck ,
 including your sliders, some body damage, locker, track bar  or what ever that was dangling in front ?  rockon
.
Thats still my favorite recovery to date.  punk  3-4 hours and we used every tow-strap, hi-lift's, and shovels  we had between the 3 of us. plus hours of rock-stacking , n a few curse words or two ... Losing the steering for the most part is what did us in

Well get that thing fixed and lets go try it again!

I am very sloooowly gathering parts to fix it, but lack of time & money seem to be slowing me down. The truck is drivable but barely. Lately I have been working on everybody elses vehicles insted of my own. Hope to start working on my soon. Have enough parts to get back on the easy trails, no gnarly stuff untill I get some stronger Birfields.
