The heater core went bad in our TJ so I bypassed it for now. Didn't have time to yank the dash out.

 I noticed the coolant in the overflow tank is bubbling or boiling after running for awhile. Engine temp is fine. Is this normal? The wife drives the jeep mostly and says it's always done that.

The overflow tank hose enters from the bottom so when you get up to temp the radiator puhes what little air is in the system out and into the overflow which looks like boiling but is just bubbles...   Just a thought..
