I was working at Fort Irwin last week and as a unit was leaving they discarded some plastic GAS cans. Where can I get the filler neck for these?? It screws in just like the old jerry cans..

I was working at Fort Irwin last week and as a unit was leaving they discarded some plastic GAS cans. Where can I get the filler neck for these?? It screws in just like the old jerry cans..

Those cans are hard to come by since they are not allowed to be sold in CA and the spouts are banned as well.  I found some spouts on ebay but they were selling for $25 + shipping.  

Edit: like most stupid laws in CA, it is not illegal to own the cans and spouts, or use them. Just illegal for retailers to sell them or ship them in.

I have a couple of freinds in other states keeping an eye out.

No luck on ebay. there are some there but wont fit the newer plasic Military cans. So if anybody else has any ideas let me know, Thanks
