I was starting to think the same thing.  I am currently a day and a half ahead of y'all, so I know that my hours are off, but y'all are my only link to SOCAL, so post away, and post pictures of wheeling trips.

I'm still here too. I check in multiple times a day. I've been busy with work and dealing with house stuff. It'd be great to get a CC or pancake GTG soon. Hope everyone is well.

I got your "what have you been up to" e-mail today. I must admit that I thought I'd be able to interact with you folks more. But I'm up here north of Palm Springs and most of your runs are way down south. Maybe I'll get back to checking your runs posted. I haven't done that in over a year. I do go out a few times each month. It's with a group from Yucca Valley. We go down to Truckhaven and throughout Borrego. We go up the back way to Big Bear and explore all around up there. We've done Cleghorn and Calico and Panamint Valley as well as Johnson Valley and all the mining areas east of 29 Palms. So we do get out. Maybe I'll see you on the trail. In fact were going camping down at Truckhaven this weekend.

To be honest Capt. I haven't  really been out for a couple years now. I am way more than ready to get out and wheel. Sounds like a lot of the same areas we wheel. Keep posted and we will meet up with you soon! We also need to get more guys on here from your area so you wont have a reason any longer not to check in.    ThumbUp

Seems like a long time since I've been around here.  The email I received certainly helped.

I've been wheelin' lately, as a matter of fact, did a 100+ mile cruise yesterday (01/10/12) up along the mountain ridges in Riverside County with some new wheelin' buddies.

Mostly though, just been wheelin' with small groups of friends, usually up in Big Bear; pretty much done with the big unruly 20+ rig wheelin' trips.

Hope everyone has a fantastic 2012.

Yep your right... I like the dozen or less rig rides a bit better myself. The big groups are fun to camp with but Id much rather break into smaller groups when wheeling. Great hearing from you again Ty! Hope you check in often and who knows maybe wheeling soon!

We've been making the TDS Desert Safari. for several years now. Camping It's a fun day even if you don't camp. Are any of you going? It's March 2-4. And another fun event to check out is King of the Hammers. It's the first part of Feb. I don't have the dates but I'm sure Pirate 4x4 has info on the event.

M.T. you seem like your watching the site today. I have a stupid question about posting photos. Can I post right from my PC Photo file, or should it come from Photobucket? I thought I'd ask befor I started bt trial and error.

Either way should work for ya. I personally have a slow computer so I use photo bucket. But directly from the works well for most.  Just hit the Additional Options and do the attachment browse button.  Select the pics you like and upload.  ThumbUp
