Bed rock in the creek bottoms are supposed to be the best chance of finding it from what Ive seen. It washes to the bottom of the creek and stays close to the bottoms which is the bead rock. Sounds like a fun thing to try for a change. I need to get out and start trying some of this stuff.

I've done it a few times. Where to find it you ask, well gold is where you find it.  TDay I've done some prospecting in and around areas where it has been found in the past. found very little for my efforts. Someday

We got real metal gold pans, but haven't used them yet! Need to find us some flakes and nuggets (and not talking about snow or chicken)!!!
