so, im an install tech. at 4wheel parts in ELCAJON and this is part of a project im working on right now. i thought you jeep guys would like this one. its a BeCool radiator, Spal elec fan, inline thermostat and overflow tank. its all in one package. the system gets rid of the factory fan/fan clutch, radiator and over flow tank. the thermostat i mounted inline in the upper radiator hose. the overflow tank is mountable anywhere but i decided to bend the mounting tab a bit and bolt it to the radiator and run the coolant lines up the side of the radiator with adel clamps. i havent had a chance to drive the jeep yet due to the fact that im still installing the long arm kit, header lights.......alot of stuff!
sorry about the poor pics, i used my cell phone.

no zip ties.you know i dont work at *******, come on! the fan is held on with 4 steel flanges that bolt to the side of the radiator and interlock into the fan shroud, there are 4, 1/4"? rubber spacers between the fan and the radiator so there is no rubbing between the two. ill try to bring the camera tomorrow and get more pics.

Ok that looks good but is that a inline THERMOSTAT or is that an inline fan switch/temp sender it doesnt make sence to replace the thermostat
