Last spring three of us local Samurai boys made a quick day trip out to Calico. After doing most of my mods this was a good sakedown for me and my Sami, lots of rocks.

they arent bad. a few tough obstacles out there.   dorran falls is pretty hardcore. but there is a bypass to that obstacle

heres a taco on 37's getting denied.

but the rest of the trail is doable with a mildly capable vehicle. my ifs tacoma walks it.  i was stuck on that trail for hours one day behind an izuzu rodeo with open diffs. trying to make it through. it was rediculous. although i think it was the driver

odessa is even more fun IMO. is tuck away between shady canyon walls and there is a few fun obstacles. just go easy on the gas going up the last one because its eroding away and pushes you into the wall if you take the wrong line.

Calico Rules!!! I love it up there, especially when it's not so frickin hot...I spent memorial day weekend up there with my club, heres my CJ up there. My fenders have since been cut off, looks much cooler and now I won't keep hitting them everytime I go to TruckHaven.
