Howdy. I keep getting notices about this board everywhere so I figured I'd register. Started with an '81 CJ-7 about 10 years ago. Locked D44s, 35s, wore the thing out. Still parting some of it out, sold the axles. 258, T-176, D300. Since then I've had a '98 Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins auto, posi/locker, 35s (sold). Next the '88 fullsize blazer, locked one ton axles, 44" tires, etc. It's the big black beater I had out a the Super run this year. It currently has no body (fell apart/cut off due to roll/flip), and I don't know what I'm gonna do with it. Maybe put the drivetrain in the ole CJ. These days I drive my '95 Ram 2500 Cummins 4x4 5 spd...lots of mods, thanks to the prev owner. '79 ford front axle, 63" Chevy leaf springs all 4 corners, lots of power under the hood. 38" Michelin XL Mil Surplus tires. (need more!) Wife drives a '98 4runner 4x4 V6 5spd. Stock except a posi in the back. My brother started with an '81 Chevy Stepside about when I started with the Jeep...it's till intact, and always used to school the Jeep, which is why I went fullsize/Chevy. My buddy has a rock buggy - one ton chevy drivetrain on 42" tires. Vids of it in my photobucket. I have a hard time finding obstacles to slow him down. I wheel most often at Super, I love dirt notches, but since the blazer has been down I've been doing more tame stuff. Been all over in SoCal... I'm married to an awesome wife with a 3 yr old son. I'm the foreman at www.wymoreinc.comI enjoy helping people out. Get ahold of me anytime you get stuck or have trouble in SoCal, especially in the Imperial Valley. Other boards I belong to ck5.com pirate4x4.com thesocalbigdawgs.net ttora.com olskoolrodz.com sweptline.org justruns.com I'm sure there are more I'm forgetting.

I posted pics in my original post.
Why are they threatening to boot you? For promoting a forum that isn't full of jerks?

Hey David, I was out at Super10 and you were behind us in the remains of the Blazer on the back side of the hills on Saturday afternoon (I think it was Saturday...), there was about ten of us wandering around lost getting flat tires like crazy and you were patiently putting along with us, I was in the green Jeep and walked back and talked with you a couple of times when we had to stop. I'm pretty sure I got some pics of your rig, I'll dig through the 1000 or so pics from that weekend and see what I can find

Yeah, I was (mostly, haha, had to repair the frame a couple times) taking it easy that weekend. Helping out the the newbies and the small-tire crowd. Was that on that easy run at the end of the weekend? There's a pic of me in the background in this thread. That's Jimmy Nylund (very cool magazine guy!) in the red and my friend Chuck from Yuma in the green. The "flatfender" is Kevin Hawkin's bad mamma-jamma. http://socalultimate4x4.com/forum/index.php?topic=359.0

I think we saw you after that easy run that was west of where we were, we were sorta wandering around on our own and ran across you on the back, western side. We were scouting around for some trails to run, did Black Cat, Thru Trail, Wishbone and we had lots of tire problems that day, I think we had five flats between us, some breakage and it was just a loooong day
