I have a inexpensive Cobra CB with a Radio Shack antenna..........can hear incoming calls.  But when I talk they can't here me.  What do you guys thinks the problem ???

My first guess would be to try a different mic. At least its a starting point

The antenna may not have a proper ground plane or be tuned correctly. Coax and connectors are OK?
