you guys got me started on geo caching.  we have had a lot of fun doing it.  just went to plaster city and found one last weekend.  anybody have any good ones i would like to know.

have you been to geocaching.com? Do a search for the desert, or other area, and then look for the map icon. It'll bring up all the caches in the area on the map.

What area are you interested in, do you want caches of historical interest, or ??

One of the coolest spots in SD county for the nerd heads is in Poway at 33 degrees North and 117 degrees West. Nothing there, just a steep hill that is unfortunately on private property.

What makes it cool though is that it is the only point of confluence in SD county (where lines of latitude and longitude meet)

yeah i signed up on geocaching.com.  historical ones would be great.  i live in lake morena so i go around there alot but also am into finding them in the desert.
