Bent up a filler tube for the fuel tank. Still need to finalize that along with the breather tube. I worked on the front bumper mount again last night and this morning. And I am bending up a new fan shroud right now. I will post up some pics this evening after I run out of gas.  Cheers Oh and I swung by Car Quest and Andrew hooked me up with 3 new gauges. And I finally finished off the 2 beers left by you Friday night, it was in the heat of the day and I was parched and dieing,  I drug myself to the cold fridge and what did I find ...  Cheers Heaven on earth I owe ya. ThumbUp

No not yet, the list is still very long but the end is end sight. ThumbUp Kinda like trying to see the caboose of those trains that travel across Texas... seems your never going to see it but eventually it shows up.

These are the main 4 body mounts installed. I notched the ends of the channel so that I can run a 2" .180 wall tube parallel to the frame then bend it into the frame and attach it at the front and rear. That is where I can tie in my sliders where ever needed. that tube will also double as a cage attachment point when I get to that project.

Well this is about all I could come up with for the front mounts. Its just holding up the front clip so I think it should be just fine.

I finished off the front bumper perch which tied all of the frame front together as well as a few more bolting surfaces for bumper mounts. Did you say Gap Dave? What Gap? LOL Internal joke here guys.

Well as briefly mentioned My fan shroud was too wide to fit between the radiator and pulleys so I got busy today building one. Here's a few pics of that.

The balance of the day was spent hooking up the break lines,
installing the headers, hooking up radiator lines, installing the hood etc.

Its hard to get a feel as to how big it is so I had Chad take this shot of me standing behind it, Im 6' tall.

But the coolest part of my birthday today was Dave and Chad gave me a beautiful set of valve covers all painted up in orange and black and they even put my name on um. Thanks Guys it means a lot to me. punk ThumbUp Good friends and hard workers. You guys can hang out anytime, and thanks again.

A few pics to show to show how tall it is. Its hard to get size perspective without other objects in the picture. Compare it to the front door and that will give ya a feel for the height.
